Pride London and the World Cup

Having lived in London all my life, I’m the first to admit that despite being one of the most incredible cities in the world, it has a certain stigma for being grey, grumpy and gloomy a lot of the time, which is why the events of the past few weeks have been so baffling to me.

Sydney’s Iconic Sights

Everyone hates to admit they get a little touristy when they’re on holiday, but it’s something that just has to be done. There are certain landmarks that you simply have to visit when you go abroad, and here is my list of places you absolutely can’t miss when in Sydney!

Sydney’s Beaches

Anyone who knows me knows that I am a water baby. The sea is where I am happiest and I have been swimming for as long as I can remember, so it’s fair to say that on my trip to Australia last month I spent as much time one the beach as I possibly could. I am lucky to have a brother who has lived in Sydney for years, and as a result I got to experience the full range of Sydney’s best beaches. In my opinion there are four beaches not to be missed on a trip to Syndey. Read on for more!

Caught in the Blaze

Krka National Park

Beautiful natural waterfalls and lakes are one of Croatia’s major selling points, and it doesn’t get much more beautiful than Krka National Park. With over 17 waterfalls and the chance to swim in a huge natural pool at the base of the biggest fall, Krka topped my list of places to visit on our travels. Check out the vlog of our day trip here.

Klis Fortress

Klis Fortress is an historic Roman Fortress that stands above the town of Klis, closely situated to Split, Croatia. Our excursion to Klis was a three hour round trip including the time spent exploring, but despite the fact that it was such a short visit it is perhaps my favourite memory of my trip to Croatia. Read on or watch my travel Vlog to see why… Continue reading Klis Fortress

A Week in Split

Last week for my 20th birthday I was lucky enough to check another location off my travel bucket list and, with a group of 3 of my closest friends, made it across the way to Croatia! And my God, was it everything I dreamed it would be and more. Here’s a few highlights of the week and what you should look out for when travelling to Split. Continue reading A Week in Split

Park Güell

Last week, for the first time in over 6 years, I went on a summer holiday! Understandably, I was more than a little giddy with excitement from the tiniest things (like the airport – still quite a new experience for me) to exploring some of the beautiful sights that Barcelona has to offer. Before I’d even set foot there I knew I would never forgive myself if I left without seeing Antoni Gaudi’s incredible creations, including the Sagrada Familia and Park Guell.
